Here is how to go about booking your chosen apartment
1. Once you have chosen the property you would like to book for, you can send an e-mail enquiry via this web site, and of course depending on whether you wish to complete the booking you will need to check the availability;
At the top of each property you will find an up to date calendar link showing the availability for that particular property. Make sure the dates you are interested in aren't already high-lighted RED which would mean that they are 100% booked. If you find them clear please proceed with your request as the dates in question will be available on a first come first serve basis.

With the booking request form at the bottom of this page you can e-mail us with your details as well as any questions you may have on the property itself or our services. If you would rather just e-mail us directly with a request without filling out the form, feel free to do so: enquiries@candussoproperties.com

2. Once your e-mail has been received you will receive a reply within 24 hours - if you would like to proceed with a booking then a ‘booking deposit’ of 25% is required, this can be paid via a bank transfer in either Sterling pounds or Euros, the requested dates will be provisionally held with credit card details through the sister company of (‘The Bankton House Hotel’ see web-link on home page), until the deposit transfer has been received. As soon as it does, you will receive a deposit confirmation e-mail and the dates will be marked RED on the respective calendar.

Please note that bookings are only held on a provisional basis until the requested deposit is paid. To ensure that a booking isn’t lost, the bank transfer must be done within 48hrs and/or credit card details can be used to immediately secure a booking. Alternatively a faxed bank confirmation of the requested deposit will suffice until it has been received.

3. When your deposit has been received you can be e-mailed on request the chosen property’s address in case you need to make any personal arrangements.

4. The remaining balance will have to be transferred at least 2 weeks before your arrival date. If you wish to make the full payment up front instead of a holding deposit in order to save on bank charges that may apply, as well as avoid unforeseen delays later, feel free to do so. Receipt of any funds will be duly acknowledged.
Or the requested security credit card details can be used to secure the booking and used to pay the deposit which will be refunded once full payment has been received

5. Once the balance has been received and before your arrival you will be sent a Welcome Letter and advised whether you will be met upon arrival at the property or alternatively depending on your arrival times, and the property selected, a different key collection point maybe arranged.
Arrival and departure times will to be confirmed for Check-In/Out and key collection.

Arrival Information:
Prior to arrival a ‘Welcome letter’ will be sent via e-mail with the relative arrival and booking information along with receipt of payment on request.

You will also be given details of who to contact during your stay if needed.

Check In /Out
Check-in is usually 4pm and check-out 12noon, however depending on change-over, check in/out can be arranged for either earlier or later to suit the preference of the guest.

Feed Back
Feed back is always appreciated and welcomed Before leaving the accommodation if a guest can sign the guess book and add any comment/s on their stay or anything of interest for other guests. There is also the Guest Book link at the top of each property page that we like to encourage guests after their stay to add their comments too.

Change-Over Days:
There is no set change over days; So when checking availability the first day of a booked period can be counted as available and used as a check-out day.
The last day of any booked period will always show as available, as this is a check-out day.

Payments:
Are made by bank transfer, an optional cheque payment can be used if requested, however credit card details would be needed to secure the booking allowing the time for the cheque to be banked and clear.

Prices shown can either be paid in Sterling pounds or Euros by using the Currency Converter

Additional Fees:
All properties have an additional house keeping fee which is payable on departure in the relative currency.
Maid services during stay can be made available at request.

Terms of booking:
25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the remaining balance paid two weeks prior to arrival dates.

Credit card details through the sister company of ‘The Bankton House Hotel’ are required as a security deposit and to provisionally hold a booking while deposit payment is being made.

Nightly bookings are based on minimum nightly stay and are priced per person; refer to appropriate rental rates table for each property.

Additional heating / air-condition surcharge maybe applied on a daily bases in low / high seasons

Discount rates:
Discounted rates up to 20% can be made available on last minute bookings and long stays or bigger parties please enquire

Cancellations:
Bookings can be cancelled if held provisionally on request before the deposit is paid. If the deposit has been paid then a refund can only be given if the booking period is re-booked.
